Nancy L. McKenzie Appointed Vice President, Finance & Administration at Washington Marine Group

Brent A. Geen, President of Seaspan International Ltd. (SIL), recently announced the promotion of Nancy L. McKenzie to the position of Vice President, Finance and Administration, effective immediately. SIL is a member of the Washington Marine Group (WMG).

In addition to retaining oversight responsibility for the Financial Services Department, Mrs. McKenzie will take over responsibility for the Corporate Human Resources and Industrial Relations departments, with a mandate to develop a long-term human resources strategy, and build the Human Resources and Industrial Relations teams.

Mrs. McKenzie has been with the Washington Marine Group for five years, in the capacity of Corporate Controller. Previously, she held financial management positions with Nalley's Canada Ltd., and Agfa Canada Ltd. Mrs. McKenzie obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in 1988 and her Chartered Accountant designation in 1991.
