Announcement of Appointment

Washington Development Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Dirk Cloninger to the position of Vice President. Dirk will spend the next several weeks assisting Montana Rail Link with a transition from his current position as Controller to his new position with Washington Development.

Dirk has held several previous positions with the Washington Companies, including Montana Rail Link, Envirocon, and Washington Corporations.

In his new position, Dirk will assist Washington Development with the overall growth of its real estate development business and will initially focus on the Phantom Hills Golf Course/ Residential project in Missoula.
